3D Model-based Collaboration Experiences:

Content-centric collaboration includes new tools like real-time sectioning, graphical markups, and the ability to interrogate model-based characteristics (PMI, build features, etc.) to power advanced 3D model-based collaboration use cases.

Secure Access Polices and Sharing Flexibility:

With the addition of content-centric collaboration, Anark Collaborate now supports three primary access control models that offer unmatched continuity, flexibility and security for real-world collaboration scenarios including:

1. External Access Control - Delegate content access rights based on external systems including PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill. 

2. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) — Access control can be managed through organizational groups or Microsoft roles, automatically inherited from corporate SSO or other authentication systems.

3. Local Access Control — Collaborate faster with content-level access control managed by content owners at the time that technical data is shared.

The Backstory
