Sabel and Anark deliver a connected technical data package workflow that publishes, validates, and resolves
BEAVERCREEK, Ohio and BOULDER, Colorado - September 30, 2026 - Sabel Systems and Anark Corporation have signed a strategic partnership agreement to help the U.S. Department of War and the Military Services accelerate acquisition and capability delivery through model-based collaboration, connected engineering product data, and streamlined technical review.
The partnership pairs Sabel's defense acquisition and digital engineering expertise with Anark's model-based collaboration platform, spanning secure product data access, contextual communication and markup, multi-CAD and PLM integrations, and knowledge capture across the digital thread. Together, the companies will help programs extend technical data packages beyond one-way file delivery by connecting authoritative deliverables to a collaborative, model-centric review environment where government and industry work from the same trusted product truth.
Traditionally, technical reviews at milestones like critical design reviews (CDR) rely on manual validation of a small CAD baseline sample, often just 3-5%, leaving the rest of the package effectively unchecked. The integration changes that, as Sabel’s TDPWerx™ validates the entire CAD baseline delivered in the technical data package (TDP) and the integration then delivers lightweight 3Di assets alongside the ability to collaborate directly on that CAD as part of the review.

The result is full-coverage validation paired with a quick, model-based feedback loop, driving better quality outcomes, less unfocused engineering time chasing issues post completion, and reduced opportunity for the cost overruns that stem from problems missed during a limited, sample-based review. Output is delivered in MIL-STD-31000 3Di PDF and self-contained HTML TDP formats in support of DoD contract data requirements, with full traceability across the review.
