Anark a Silver Sponsor of COExperience 2022

Anark is pleased to be a Silver Sponsor of COExperince 2022, the premier Dassault Systèmes user-focused conference from April 10-13 in New Orleans.  We will be at the center of an event that includes hundreds of users and industry partners reconnecting with one another after a 3 year gap to build skills, increase efficiencies and gain knowledge.

COExperience 2022

On Tuesday April 12, 2022 from 09:15 AM - 10:15 AM in the Rhythms Ballroom 2,  Anark will be presenting:

A Technical Data Sharing Maturity Model Utilizing Anark & 3DEXPERIENCE

Attendees will learn how Anark extends 3DEXPERIENCE to enable a people centric, collaborative platform.  As part of this presentation, we will review a technical data sharing maturity model developed over many years of deployment experience via partnerships with an assortment of advanced organizations outlined in part below.  This effort has resulted in a modern, flexible, web-based platform for more secure, effective and traceable collaboration within Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Field Service domains.  Anark works with customers, starting at their current technical data maturity level, to progress when appropriate onto cloud based, secure collaborative portals to enable advanced technical data services.

For example, Kena Yokoyama, Engineering Manager for Product Definition, GE Gas Power had the following to say about the results they observed as they improved their technical data maturity level, resulting in a modern, flexible, web-based approach and system for more secure, effective and traceable collaboration internally and with their suppliers:

“Our error rate has been coming down by a significant amount every year…

…with Anark our error rate has gone down to 5% to 10% which is much lower than it used to be.”

Anark will also update the experiences of Boeing and how they areUtilizing 3DEXPERIENCE, Anark & Open Standards to Deploy a Connected & Collaborative Digital Enterprise”.  Boeing is embracing open standards as a cornerstone of its Digital Thread vision for improved data access and collaboration throughout their extended enterprise.

Hydro-Québec continues to deploy their automated 3D PDF transformation and publishing platform to create interactive 3D model-based electronic documentation from CATIA MBD mock-ups.  The 3D PDF documents respect the legal requirements of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ - the self-regulatory body that governs Quebec's 55,000 professional engineers), including electronic signature and long-term archival requirements.  Easy-to-interpret Anark generated dynamic 3D documents enables them to make the MBD mock-ups of civil engineering structures more accessible to other divisions and building contractors, thus speeding engineering, bid and building cycle times and reducing errors.

Finally, projects such as the one executed with the NAVAIR PMA-261 program defined automated systems for the creation, validation and delivery of standards-based Technical Data Packages (3Di documents) to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and other Navy groups, all based on MIL-STD-31000B for future provisioning, cataloging and sustainment needs.  This trend of 3Di creation is accelerating with defense services requiring technical data be validated and delivered using 3D PDF, an approach that Anark pioneered 10+ years back.  The mindset of the U.S. Department of Defense progresses, as does Anark's ability to support these type of future Technical Data as a Service initiatives being considered.
