A Software QA Engineer is responsible for the development of internal QA strategies for automated UI and load testing, regression and smoke testing, and manual UX testing. They are also responsible for executing tests and collecting results to identify and report defects to the product engineering teams and will confirm that defects have been fixed before software is released. They will also be responsible for analyzing, reproducing, and logging customer-reported defects.
The Software QA Engineer will be responsible for testing multiple Anark product offerings on several platforms, including Windows client-server applications and virtualized and containerized web applications (on-premise and public/private cloud).
The Software QA Engineer will work on a team of engineers and will work closely with the product engineering teams to stay up-to-date on new features, expected fixes, and release status.
The ideal candidate will be a Computer Science or other Engineering program graduate with 2+ years of software QA experience with web and client-server applications.
