Procurement and Supply Chain Collaboration

Anark Core for Supplier Procurement

Current solutions and practices for generating technical data packages (TDPs) for the supply chain generally devolve into manual, hunt-and-peck processes. Typical processes are slow, error prone and yields TDPs that are obsolete the moment there is an engineering change, supplier change or manufacturing process change (like a make vs buy).

To make matters worse, procurement is faced with the chaotic process of deciminating TDPs into the supply chain, routing technical comments through email between engineering and the many suppliers that may respond to an RFQ, and collaborating with suppliers after contracts are awarded.

Anark Core for TDP Generation

Anark Core allows procurement to reliably generate TDP web content and PDF documents through server-side automation. TDP web content can include embedded design data with attached files such as PDFs, STEP or JT files, schematics, supplier instructions, and more, presented as download links in the published content. Similarly, PDF TDPs can be published with any number of file attachments, as well as precise control over dynamic data markings applied to PDFs in the TDP.

Anark MBEWeb for the Supply Chain

Anark MBEWeb allows suppliers connected to your extranet to access TDP web content from any browser on desktop or mobile devices running iOS, Android, or Windows. Anark MBEWeb cost-effectively scales to thousands of simultaneous knowledge workers in the supply chain, without the need for expensive and complex PLM client licenses. Suppliers and OEMs can provide orderly feedback in context, directly within Anark MBEWeb content.
