What is Anark Core Exchange?
Anark Core Exchange is a bundle of software that makes it easy to create a wide variety of 3D PDF documents. Anark Core Exchange is available from Tetra 4D and includes Adobe Acrobat X Pro, Tetra 4D 3D PDF Converter, and Anark Core Workstation Exchange. You can use it to:
- Convert 3D CAD models from a wide selection of 3D CAD formats, including CATIA, NX, ProENGINEER/Creo, SolidWorks, and many others.
- Create 100% native, animated 3D PDF work instructions and S1000D IETMs illustrating such things as assembly or disassembly processes.
- Simplify and tessellate CAD geometry to dramatically reduce 3D PDF file size.
- Import work-step instructions from Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Export GIF, JPG, PNG, and TIF images created from user definable custom views.
- Process and simplify large, complex 3D CAD assemblies on 64bit Microsoft operating systems.
- Add annotations and preset views.
- Publish lightweight, interactive 3D PDF documents for a wide variety of use cases.

- Use Adobe Acrobat X Pro with Tetra 4D 3D PDF Converter to create a 3D PDF from your 3D CAD assembly.
- Import the 3D PDF into Anark Core Workstation Exchange. You can also import additional geometry, tooling, and other assemblies into Anark Core Workstation Exchange directly.
- Import work-step sequences saved in Microsoft Excel documents.
- Transform the imported geomtry into "fit for purpose" lightweight models using powerful features to reorganize, delete, tessellate, and optimize 3D product geometry.
- Create animation sequences, and bind these sequences to specific work-steps imported from .xls files.
- Export 100% native, animated 3D PDF work instructions.
